3.1. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
3.2. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

4.1. The estimated delivery time is usually between 5-7 business days for most locations within India. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors.
4.2. For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which can be used to track the delivery status on our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempt and Failed Deliveries

6.1. Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, they will contact you to schedule a new delivery time.
6.2. If the package cannot be delivered after the second attempt, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Delays in Delivery

7.1. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control.

10. Changes to Your Shipping Address

10.1. Address changes are allowed before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
