1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Open Box Delivery:
Please inspect the product at the time of delivery.
1.2 Report Issues Same Day:
If you find any physical damage or receive an incorrect order, kindly report it to us on the day of delivery.
1.3. Cancellation by Customer:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, inaccuracies in product information, or payment issues.
If an order is canceled from our end, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for returned products if the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Refunds are not available for items marked as non-returnable or items purchased during final sale periods unless the product is defective.

2.3. Partial Refunds:

5. Shipping Charges
5.1. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
